Genise Brim is a Wellness Coach and Author. She decided to become a Wellness Coach to fulfill her passion to help women reach their health goals. Now, she is specializing in helping perimenopause, menopausal, and post-menopausal women achieve their weight loss and health goals. Although her passion is to help women, she extends her help to others who want to achieve their health goals. 

Genise received her certification training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. During her training, she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.

Genise education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and her knowledge of different dietary theories, her work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes has produced real and lasting results. During her spare time, Genise writes. Genise Brim is a published author of The Ketogenic Diet & Intermittent Fasting, Smoothie Shakes and Drinks, and Through my Family’s Eyes.
